Ads audit · LinkedIn, Meta, Google
A proper audit of your B2B ads
Your ads, your tracking, your creative and your landing pages, checked by the person who'd fix them.
£250 + VAT per platform. Back in 5 working days.
Credited in full against your first month if you become a client within 30 days.
What we check
Tracking.
GA4, Tag Manager, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta pixel and Conversions API, Google conversion actions. Are the numbers you're optimising for real?
Structure and targeting.
Campaigns, audiences, exclusions, bidding and budget split. Where your money actually goes.
Wasted spend.
Search terms, placements, audience expansion, and the settings platforms switch on by default.
Creative.
Every live ad, judged on one question: would your buyer stop for it? Then fresh concepts and hooks you can use.
Landing pages.
The page after the click. Message match, forms, mobile speed, and what's stopping people enquiring.
Platform numbers vs real results.
What the platform reports, checked against your leads, pipeline or sales data. So you know what's actually working.
What you get
- A written report with every finding, ranked by how much it matters.
- A 15 to 20 minute video walkthrough, so you're not left decoding a document.
- A fix list split into "do this week" and "do this quarter".
- New creative concepts and hooks for your market.
Back within 5 working days of getting access.
What it looks like
Three snapshots from an audit for a made-up engineering firm.
Demo data. Not a real client.
Tracking
Fix this weekThe Google Ads conversion counts both the form submit and the thank-you page view. Every lead is counted twice, so the bidding is chasing a number that doesn't exist.
Fix: Keep one conversion as primary. Set the other to secondary.
Wasted spend
Fix this weekLinkedIn Audience Network is switched on in all three campaigns. That's the default. It sends your ads to third-party apps and sites, away from LinkedIn's feed.
Fix: Switch it off and compare cost per lead after 30 days.
Creative
Fix this quarterAll six live ads open with the logo and "innovative engineering solutions". A buyer can't tell what you make in the first line.
Fix: Lead with the buyer and the problem. For example: "Machining parts for aerospace? Here's how we cut lead times to 14 days."
How it works
- 1
Pay online. One platform, or all three.
- 2
Grant read-only access to the ad account and GA4. No GA4, or don't trust it? Send your lead, pipeline or sales numbers instead.
- 3
Get your audit. Report, video and fix list within 5 working days.
- 4
Fix it yourself, or have us do it. Become a client within 30 days and the audit fee comes off your first month.

What you'll need
- At least 60 days of ad spend on the platform you want audited.
- Read-only access to the ad account and GA4. Or your lead, pipeline or sales data if analytics isn't set up.
- The landing page URLs your ads send people to.
Audit questions
- How much does an ads audit cost?
- £250 + VAT for one platform, £500 + VAT for two, or £600 + VAT for LinkedIn, Meta and Google together.
- What's included?
- Tracking, targeting and structure, wasted spend, creative, landing pages, and your platform numbers checked against real leads or sales. You get a written report, a video walkthrough, a fix list and new creative ideas.
- How long does it take?
- 5 working days from when you grant access.
- What access do you need?
- Read-only access to the ad account and GA4. If analytics isn't set up, your lead, pipeline or sales data works instead.
- Will you change anything in my account?
- No. Access is read-only. You decide what gets fixed.
- Is there a minimum?
- At least 60 days of ad spend history. Less than that, and there isn't enough data to audit properly.
- Do I get the fee back if I hire you?
- Yes. Become a client within 30 days and the audit fee comes off your first month.
- Who does the audit?
- James Green, the founder. The same person who'd run your ads.
- Can you do the fixes for me?
- Yes. Do them yourself, or have us run your ads on a rolling monthly plan from £1,250 + VAT. See pricing.
Not sure it's worth £250? If your ad spend is more than a few hundred pounds a month, one switched-on default setting can cost more than the audit.
