LinkedIn Ads agency for UK B2B companies

    The approach

    How I run LinkedIn Ads

    1. 1

Company list targeting first. Your dream accounts uploaded, then job titles layered on top so only buyers see the ads.

    2. 2

Ads that sound like a person, not a brochure. Copy, design, video scripting and editing are all included.

    3. 3

Retargeting and CRM uploads. People who've seen you once keep seeing you.

    4. 4

Tracking checked before a penny is spent. The Insight Tag and your conversions, tested and working before launch.

    5. 5

Reporting you can check any time. A live dashboard you can open 24/7, plus a plain-English call every month.

    What good looks like

What a well-run LinkedIn account looks like

    A healthy LinkedIn account

    • Audience Network and Audience Expansion switched off.
    • A company list of the accounts you want, with job titles and seniority layered on top.
    • Students, entry-level roles, freelancers and irrelevant industries excluded.
    • The Insight Tag firing and conversions tested before any money is spent.
    • Retargeting for people who have already engaged, so they keep seeing you.
    • Reports judged on enquiries and pipeline from target accounts, not click-through rate.

    Mistakes I fix most often

    • Audience Network left on. It's on by default and sends your ads to third-party apps and sites. In one account I audited, 62% of the spend had gone there. Read the £96k case
    • Audience Expansion left on. It widens a careful buyer audience to whoever is cheapest to reach. The hidden LinkedIn traps
    • Job titles with no company list. The right title at the wrong companies still costs you the same click. How to upload a company list
    • Ads that look like every other corporate ad. People scroll past, click-through drops and LinkedIn charges you more to reach the same people. Ads people stop for
    • Judging it on clicks. A healthy click-through rate and zero customers is a common combination. I report on who clicked and what happened next.
Benchmarks: I don't quote averages on this page. My UK LinkedIn figures for cost per click, CPM, cost per lead and click-through rate are published with how they were gathered. UK LinkedIn Ads benchmarks

    After you sign

What happens in the first 90 days

    1. First week

      Access, tracking, plan

One onboarding call. You give me access to your own LinkedIn account, I check the LinkedIn Insight Tag is firing properly, and we agree who we're trying to reach and what counts as a good enquiry.

    2. First 30 days

      Launch and first data

Campaigns and ads go live once tracking is proven. First data lands in 2 to 4 weeks, your live dashboard is running, and we have our first monthly call.

    3. First 90 days

      Judge it on pipeline

By now we're looking at enquiries and pipeline, not clicks. What works gets more budget, what doesn't gets cut, and new creative goes in. If it isn't working for you, rolling monthly means you can walk away.

    LinkedIn Ads questions

How much should I spend on LinkedIn Ads?
At least £500/month, paid directly to LinkedIn on top of the management fee. Work out a realistic figure for your market with the budget calculator, and see what UK B2B campaigns actually cost in the benchmarks.LinkedIn budget calculatorUK LinkedIn Ads benchmarks
    Is there a contract?
No. It's rolling monthly with no setup fee.
How long before I see results?
You'll have first data in 2 to 4 weeks. Judge it on pipeline over a full sales cycle, not on the first month's clicks. I don't guarantee leads, because nobody honest can.
I don't have a target account list. Is that a problem?
No. Build one with the free Account List Builder first. It gives you 50 named companies to start from.Free Account List Builder
Should I be on LinkedIn, Google or Meta?
It depends on whether your buyers are searching for you, and how many of them there are. I've compared all three for B2B in plain English.LinkedIn vs Google vs Meta Ads for B2B
Can you just audit my account instead?
Yes. £250 + VAT for LinkedIn, back in 5 working days, and credited against your first month if you become a client within 30 days. The ads audit
Should I switch off LinkedIn Audience Network?
In most niche B2B accounts, yes. It's on by default and sends your ads to third-party apps and sites. In one account I audited, 62% of the spend had gone there. The £96k LinkedIn optimisation disaster
What click-through rate or cost per click should I expect?
It depends on your audience size and your creative. Rather than quote a number here, I've published UK figures you can compare against.UK LinkedIn Ads benchmarks
    Who actually does the work?
I do. I'm your point of contact and hands-on with the strategy, the ad ideas and the reporting. No account managers in between.
Do I own the ad account?
Yes. Ads run on your own LinkedIn account and the ad spend is paid directly to LinkedIn. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
Can you run Meta or Google Ads as well?
Yes. Growth covers 2 platforms for £1,725/month + VAT, and Scale covers up to 5 from £4,025+/month + VAT.See all pricing
    Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody honest can guarantee leads from ads. What I can promise is that tracking is checked before launch, you can see the numbers any time, and I'll tell you straight if it isn't working.
What does the audit cost if I'm not ready to hire anyone?
£250 + VAT per platform, back in 5 working days, with a written report, a video walkthrough and a fix list you can do yourself. The ads audit
