    What's in it

    Paste LinkedIn

Paste the whole export into A1. It finds the header row, reads US dates and copes with old and new column names (campaign groups, campaigns, ad sets).

    Paste CRM

One row per lead: month, company, source, stage, value.

    Dashboard

Pipeline, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, leads and spend, month on month. A funnel. An ad set table with a status and a reason.

    Reconciliation

LinkedIn's numbers next to your CRM's, with the reasons they never match.

    Notes

What we did, what's next. The part the owner actually reads.

    Month by month

A trend table and chart of qualified leads and cost per qualified lead.

    How to use it

    1. Click Make a copy.
    2. In Campaign Manager, Export › Ad set performance › Time breakdown Monthly.
    3. Open the file in Excel or Numbers, select all, copy, and paste into Paste LinkedIn at cell A1.
    4. Add your leads and deals to Paste CRM.
    5. Pick the month on Settings. Read the Dashboard.

    Why it's built this way

LinkedIn's export isn't really a CSV. It's tab-separated, saved as UTF-16, with five lines of report details above the headers and dates in US order. Most templates break on it. This one was built against a real Campaign Manager export (October 2026, 87 columns).

It also leads with money. If a report leads with impressions, it's hiding pipeline.

    Common questions

    Is it really free?

Yes. It's a Google Sheet. You copy it to your own Drive and we never see your data.

    Does it work with Excel?

It's built for Google Sheets. It uses functions Excel handles differently.

Why does it ask for a Monthly time breakdown?

So each row is one ad set in one month, which is what the dashboard compares.

Can you set this up for us?

    Yes. Book a call.
